Returns & Exchanges

Manatee Project uses a print-on-demand fulfiller to custom print your items once ordered. We're typically unable to cancel orders once placed and only offer exchanges for different sizes (if the item doesn't fit) or for damaged products. Exchanges will be the same item and color originally purchased (and size for damaged products). Returns must be in original condition and packaging, with all undamaged labels still as originally attached, and within 14 days of receipt.  We cannot accept any used items or items used for food or drink consumption. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Contact support@@manateeproject for return/exchange help and for our return address.
